Business enquiries

When you email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and message. We use this information to respond, discuss a potential business relationship and manage related correspondence.

The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. Completing the form does not send a message or create a customer account. Your draft is only sent when you send it from your email application.

Why we process information

We process business contact information to answer enquiries and pursue legitimate business discussions, to take steps towards an agreement you request, or to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The basis depends on the nature of your enquiry and any subsequent relationship.

Website delivery

Our hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics tools to this website. Fonts and illustrative images are served with the site.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by the service providers needed to operate our website and business email, and disclosed where required by law. We do not sell enquiry information. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable obligations.
